a cup of unripe papaya pulp (contains alpha-hydroxy acid and papain)
1/4 teaspoon of honey (moisturizing)1/4 teaspoon of plain yogurt (contains lactic acid)
Blend everything up. Or, grate up the papaya and mix with the yogurt and honey.
Smooth the mixture onto your face and wait 8 to 10 minutes. The mask dries up quite quickly. The honey literally sticks to your skin and the papaya pulp won't slip off if you don't apply too much.
It started to feel tingly after two, three minutes. Yay, that's the mask doing its magic! It smells amazing of course. Rinse off with cold water and pat dry. Follow up with a gentle moisturier.
I've been feeling up my skin needs a pick-me-up for a while. This was just the thing!

That sounds great! Pity I can't use honey on my face. It makes me itchy! >.<
ohh great idea, sounds very natural... only i dont think papaya will come cheap here? lol! any other fruits that help to brighten too?? :D
Sounds good though I wonder if the enzymes will be a bit harsh on my sensitive skin? Totally unrelated but this post reminds me I miss eating payayas...the ones here suck.
Oh and I'm still testing the GA stuff...haven't quite decided if I like them yet :)
great natural recipe! i never tried a home made mask but this one sounds yummy taht i might eat it hehehe
i heard some reviews saying they actually got allergic with yogurt mask... I wonder why since it's all natural ingredient and edible yogurt. This stops me from doing DIY yogurt mask...
Yum-that's about the tastiest mask I've seen yet lol...I have to give this a try, thanks for the tip Cheryl!
I have a fear of papaya ....strange hey?
if only i can get my hands on papaya..lol

Wow, I can't wait to try this. Mmh.. I'm afraid I'll also want to eat it instead of putting it on my face though... -_-
