Throw in the Towel

Oh yea, it's Thursday tomorrow. I'm so sick of this week I want it to be over. Sorry for this negativity...

On a brighter note, I got a haircut after work today to cheer myself up. It felt good to see my hair glow afterwards. I usually get a cut every 3, 4 months, and have quite a few inches trimmed off every time. My hairdresser knows exactly what I want! I'd just go in, sit down and he does the magic.

Today, I used the new La Roche-Posay sunscreen as a base, and Giorgio Armani compact powder. I really liked the result. The makeup stayed fresh all day without getting too oily. The coverage was light but it looked sophisticated. Yay!

Note to self: this sunscreen has to be applied 15-20 minutes before makeup because it takes time to absorb.

HI Cheryl,
Thanks for drop by my blog. I saw La Roche-Posay in my local drugstore but I wasn't so sure whether is the same as yours. There are so much fake products in the market, I'm can't really differentiate them.

Off topic, my fren bought a A graded fake LV bag from local authentic n exclusive LV boutique, without knowing it. The bag looks so real with the cert n official receipt somemore with the official receipt who would guess it's a fake. 1 day she sent the bag for some minor services. The LV SA rejected her bag n told her tat's a fake LV. She was like 'WHAT? I bought tis bag right from tis shop wif all official receipt & cert' The SA took a look at receipts n acknowledge it's genuine receipt & cert but the bag still a fake 1. My fren paid for authentic & original LV price for a fake 1 from LV boutique itself. We'd lost all confidences in local high end boutiques now.

Hahha yup! La Roche Posay takes a while to absorb!

Yup! I use it on my body and I use to use it on my face.

You know.. I've been considering trying powder (foundations) and cream compact foundations lately, so your Armani one intrigues me =)
